Terms of Service

Last updated: August 29, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ntanduy.com and the accounts, tools, APIs, Model Context Protocol interfaces, products, and related services provided through Pirehub. They form an agreement between you and Nguyen Tan Duy (TanDuy03), the operator of Pirehub. Read them before creating an account, placing an order, or using a service.

Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, placing an order, or using a Pirehub service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it. You must have the legal capacity required by applicable law or any necessary permission from a parent or legal guardian. Nothing in these Terms waives a right or protection that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate information when a service requires it and keep account credentials, authentication codes, API keys, and recovery methods confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through credentials under your control. Notify Pirehub promptly if you reasonably believe an account or credential has been compromised. Do not share access in a way that bypasses account, plan, permission, or rate limits.

Acceptable use

Use Pirehub only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights and security of others. You must not distribute malware, send spam, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, submit data you are not permitted to process, gain unauthorized access, probe a system without permission, disrupt a service, evade safeguards or rate limits, or use an API outside its documented scope. Automated clients and AI agents should use documented interfaces and observe the published authentication, permission, and usage limits. Security research must follow the reporting guidance on the Contact page.

User content and tool input

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You give Pirehub a limited permission to host, process, transmit, reproduce, or transform that content only as reasonably needed to perform your request, operate the selected feature, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. You confirm that you are permitted to submit and process the content. A feature that creates a public link or public result may make the submitted information available to anyone with access to that result. Do not submit confidential credentials or sensitive personal data unless the feature explicitly requires it and you are authorized to do so.

Orders, pricing, payments, and refunds

The relevant product page or purchase flow shows the service scope, current price, currency, billing period, taxes or fees where applicable, and whether payment is one-time or recurring. An order is accepted only when Pirehub or the relevant provider confirms it. Payment providers may apply their own terms and verification requirements. Cancellation and refund eligibility follow the policy displayed for the relevant product or transaction, without limiting any mandatory right under applicable law. Domain registration and other third-party fulfillment may become irreversible once submitted to the provider.

Third-party services and generated results

Pirehub relies on independent providers for functions such as infrastructure, authentication, AI, payments, email, analytics, and external data. Their services, websites, and content are governed by their own terms and policies. Results from AI, WHOIS, DNS, IP, security, media, or other automated tools may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and should be independently checked before an important decision. They are provided for general technical assistance and do not replace legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice.

Intellectual property

Pirehub and its licensors retain their rights in the website, software, design, documentation, logos, and original content. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, misrepresent, remove ownership notices from, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where separate license terms or applicable law expressly allow it. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability, warranties, and responsibility

Pirehub uses reasonable care to operate and secure the service, but availability, compatibility, and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider failures, security events, or changes in law may interrupt or change a feature. To the extent permitted by law, Pirehub is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, unauthorized access under your control, reliance on unverified automated results, or an independent third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Restriction, suspension, and termination

Pirehub may reasonably restrict or suspend access where necessary to address a Terms violation, non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to another user or the service. Where practical, the action will be limited to what is needed to address the issue. You may stop using the service or request account deletion, but obligations relating to completed transactions, outstanding payments, ownership, security, dispute handling, and records that must lawfully be retained may continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

Pirehub may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, security practices, providers, or applicable law. The current version and its update date are published on this page. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date; where renewed consent or notice is required, Pirehub will follow the applicable requirement. A specific order, service agreement, or product term controls if it expressly conflicts with these general Terms for that transaction.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Vietnam, while any mandatory protections that apply where you live remain unaffected. Before starting formal proceedings, you and Pirehub should try in good faith to resolve the issue through the published contact channel. If that does not resolve the matter, either party may use the competent court, regulator, consumer protection body, or other process available under applicable law. These Terms do not restrict a statutory right to submit a complaint or seek a legal remedy.

Privacy and contact

Read the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Pirehub handles information connected with the service. For a question about these Terms, identify the service or transaction involved and contact [email protected].
